1. The ULTRA Life - Name change - Growing into the ULTRA life

This episode is about the name change to 'The ULTRA Life' & two lessons for YOU to apply to whatever goals you have and are working towards, to know that there is no 'perfect' recipe to create what you want. There is making a plan, executing, failing, failing, failing, evaluating, then a new plan, and rinse and repeat until you FIND the best weight loss, the best business, the best relationship, the best parenting tools and more for you. The ULTRA Life name change was made to more authentically capture what we are trying to do here. My goals for you all are two fold: 1) To go after your 'ULTRA' life - whatever that is for YOU. If that's starting a business, becoming a stay at home more, or being a mom that also makes 6 figures and has more time than ever with her kids, if that is jumping to new heights in your career, marrying your dream woman/man and starting a family, finally hitting that financial goal, etc. I want you to be able to get inspired, see what is possible, dream big, and have the confidence & ability to say yes to it! Which leads me to my second goal... 2) Have a foundation of healthy habits & be at your BEST weight to feel better, have more energy & confidence to create your ULTRA life. If you don't feel good about yourself, hate getting dressed in anything, hate your body, shame yourself for how you look or feel, feel frustrated, stressed, tired, overwhelmed, most days...you either won't show up for what matters most, you may start and stop multiple times, or you may give up on your big DREAMS and goals altogether. I don't want that for you or anyone and I KNOW that if you have a foundation of healthy habits to build on...you can and will have whatever you want in life. There will STILL be the amazing inspiring stories up that you have heard and can go back to listen to & MORE inspirational stories of those living ULTRA lives to come. I'll be doing more solo rounds to give you the tools to be able to create this foundation of healthy habits and lose the weight for the last time so you can go after your 'ULTRA' life goals.
