Send us Fan MailToday we are studying 1 Thessalonians Chapter 4. In this chapter, Paul encourages believers to live in a way that pleases God through holiness, love, and hope. He calls them to grow in their walk, to pursue purity, to love one another deeply, and to live with an eternal perspective. He also gives one of the clearest teachings about the return of Christ. In 1 Thessalonians 4:16–17, he writes, “For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout… and the dead in Christ will rise first.
