Dealmaking is a Podcast where we tell stories about Deals, the People making the deals happen and we share all the Value, knowledge and insights that comes from putting deals together. My name is Dan Del Real and I'm the Founder and CEO of Del Real & Company and commercial real estate investment specialist with KW Commercial in Merced, California. I started my professional career in Corporate America but after a decade of dealing with corporate politics and constant organization restructuring, I realized I wasn't happy or going anywhere and I really hated what I was doing, so I decided to pursue work that I enjoyed and felt good about. I'll be your guide as I take you on my journey from Corporate America, to Commercial Real Estate, to building the best possible Commercial Real Estate Company that I can build. We have a lot of amazing things planned for Season One and my goal is to pack as much value as I can into each episode. This is a place where we dig deep and dissect deals to find and share the best-practices, ideas and proven, actionable, strategies that listeners can use in their life and business.
