Starting this podcast has been a dream of mine for the past 3 years! I am so grateful you are here! I started this podcast with the hope that I could share my stories and knowledge with you all, in hopes you can learn from me. I also hope you can learn alongside me as I bring experts and amazing individuals on the show to share their stories and their expertise. It is my hope that you leave every episode feeling inspired, feeling informed, and feeling like you want to take your mindset and your health into your own hands and live a truly authentic and fulfilling life as the best version of you that there is!The idea behind Therapeutic Intentions is exactly what you hear in the name: I hope each time you listen in you feel at peace, relaxed, and that all-in-all it is a therapeutic experience for you. I also am a huge believer in being intentional and authentic with our words and actions.
