Un tour du monde pour explorer les meilleures pratiques managériales 🌍C’est le projet dans lequel se sont lancés Adèle Phung et Paul Tressens cette dernière année. Résultat ? Ils ont interviewé plus de 300 dirigeants, PDG et DRH et ont tout retranscrit dans leur podcast L’Odyssée Managériale. Leur mission : comprendre ce qui engage (ou désengage) vraiment les collaborateurs, d’un continent à l’autre.Parce qu’avant de devenir explorateurs du management, ils ont vécu une expatriation intense au Vietnam… qui s’est terminée par un désengagement brutal.
