CPG-onderzoeker Johan van Merriënboer verdiept zich voor deel 11 van de Serie Parlementaire Geschiedenis van Nederland in het justitiebeleid tussen 1982 en 1994, maar schreef met Lennart Steenbergen ook een biografie over Ruud Lubbers.
