Aghhhh break ups, there’s thousands of podcasts on how to deal with them but not many on how to support a friend going through a break up. In this episode, we reflect on our breakups and discuss the do’s and do not’s when supporting your bestie through this time. We discuss why you shouldn’t tell your friend “there are plenty of fish in the sea” and remind you that your friend doesn’t need a new fish, because hey, they might want to date a shark! We chat about how you can build your friend back up (feed the fish) and show them how to reframe a shitty situation. And added bonus - by being a good mate to your friend, you'll see your friendship (and even your life) get 10x better on the other side.
