10-Year-Old Boy Charged With First Degree Murder

An unthinkable story out of Missouri as police charge a 10-year-old boy with murder after they say he shot and killed his 7-month-old niece. The boy is the youngest person in that state’s history to be charged with murder. The baby’s 19-year-old father is also being held accountable for the shooting.
