100,000 Americans killed by fetynal. Is that enough?

What if non-Americans came into America and killed over 100,000 people every year. Would we declare war? Over 100,000 Americans die every year from fentanyl - brought across our border by illegal aliens, manufactured by China. It’s a war on America, and they’re getting away with it! Why?
