Happy Birthday America!
Happy Birthday America! One of my fondest memories lives in an old photo my mother took when I was in third grade and my sister was in first. At the end of the year, our school had a field day. They made it into a celebration of the Bicentennial that year. We all dressed up in period costumes and the school had a field full of activities and food. Mom’s photo shows my sister and me posing like two “Angelic” cherubs….I remember thinking, “the next one will not happen for another 100 years, so I’d best remember this one!”Here we are 50 years later and gearing up for the country’s 250th birthday. I am no longer an “Angelic” kid, but I have grandkids who ARE! We never know how events will play out, but thankfully, we have cell phone cameras. Maybe with some luck, we will have new memorable “Angelic” pictures this year as the United States celebrates its next landmark.Sponsored by the Caylor Financial Planning Group in Lynchburg, Virginia. June 18 "Gender Studies" degree, and future lawsuits.
June 18 "Gender Studies" degree, and future lawsuits.A friend of mine showed me a resume of a candidate for his company's HR position. She got good grades, but her degree was Gender Studies. He said, should I hire her? I told him, "This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. How long do you think it will be untill she finds something that she sees as sexist going on in your company?" He said, "I'm completely fair with everybody."I replied, "Fair doesn't cover it anymore. You have to practice DEI or you will be sued. I hope your liability insurance is up to date." I recently saw news of a Christian university that hired a transsexual. They didn't know it, but she/he/it knew it. And soon after, the transsexual sued the university for millions on discrimination. June 17 Do white lives matter too
June 17 Do white lives matter tooI just saw a photograph of the knife that Carmelo Anthony used to murder a completing track racer for which he was convicted of murder. Anthony fatally stabbed 17-year-old Austin Metcalf in 2025 during a track meet in nearby Frisco. Supporters of Carmelo were outraged outside as the verdict was read, and Anthony was sentenced to 35 years, even though it could have been life without parole. But now, this is all about race, so you get all kinds of wild accusations, especially from Black Lives Matter. Anthony's mother, said that it was "racist, biased." Power to the people, free Carmelo. Meanwhile, a black man was there with a sign, "White Lives Matter too." The local Black Lives Matter people threatened to kill him. June 16 And the cheat goes on
June 16 And the cheat goes onThe California balloting system is now displaying for the whole world to see how to ensure that only Democrat candidates advance to the general election in this November. Democrats created the jungle primary and the fraudulent counting system to ensure Democrats rule for all eternity. Reminds me of Texas in 1948 when Lyndon Baines Johnson beat a far more popular candidate in the Democrat primary by the exact same method California used. On election night, Democrats looked at the vote tally, determined how many fake votes were needed. They had 10 days before they had to report to the state. The Democrats turned in just enough fake votes to give a win to Johnson. Technology was different then, but Democrat corruption was the same. June 14 Liberal war on Education
June 14 Liberal war on EducationHello, I'm George Caylor and today's session of Get Real is going to be about education, homeschools especially, the philosophy behind education. This is brought to you by the Caylor Group, Wealth Management. If you'd like to know what we do and whether you'd like to do that with us, go to the CaylorGroup.com. I'm with my dear old friend, military advisor, life advisor, John Vassar. I went to a one-room school, eight grades, one teacher, and you would think that we would be handicapped. We didn't have what the big cities did, and yet our school usually ranked number one in the whole Pennsylvania state. We had the highest test scores, and I think it might be because of the way we were taught. We taught each other. We had a decent library, mainly donated to us because we didn't have all that much money. The first graders heard the eighth grade lessons. The second graders heard the eighth grade lessons. Everybody heard the eighth grade lessons until they were in the eighth grade, and then they were the eighth grade lessons, and we helped each other learn. We asked each other questions. It was magical.I wish it were still there. John, did you go to a one-room school or talk to me about education? What's your philosophy of it? I'm glad you mentioned the one-room schoolhouse. It brings back a memory for me. I was in St. Augustine, Florida, and the sun was starting to set. It was one of those long summer sunsets, and I walked into a building that was labeled the oldest one-room schoolhouse in America. I walked into this schoolhouse, and it was dead quiet. The light was dimming. I was walking around through the desks, and it was perfectly preserved. I looked up at the wall, and in the fading sunlight, I started to read some of the assignments, the papers that the students had written in this very primitive environment. I was stunned at the sophistication of the writing that I saw by these grade school students. I was a university professor for 17 years. I think only one of my graduate students could have written as eloquently as these young people did. And then later on, I stumbled upon a story about a man who was 21 years old living on the eastern shore of Maryland, and a Quaker woman had opened up a one-room schoolhouse, but the 21-year-old man did not know how to read or write. She invited him during the winter when there was nothing to do on his farm, or there was very little to do on his farm, to come to the one-room schoolhouse. And under the tutelage of this Quaker woman, he finished the first and second grade, and he had an idea. He wanted to find out where the headwaters of the Chesapeake Bay was. He couldn't seem to understand where the Chesapeake Bay came from. So her husband was a wealthy man. I think he spent something like $500 to equip him with a boat and equipment and enough equipment and supplies to go find the headwaters of the Chesapeake Bay. I read an excerpt from a book that he supposedly wrote called Towards the Ice Age. I read the last chapter where he finds the headwaters of the Chesapeake Bay. He practically had to carry me out of the room when I read this by one of the most beautiful science books ever written. That chapter, that last chapter where he discovers it and the beauty that he wrote, this man with a second grade education in a one-room schoolhouse. It wasn't a science book.It was literature. This is one of the problems that I see as a college professor. I'm no longer teaching, much to the delight of many of my students, was that I could look at a classroom and I could tell who went to public school, who went to a parochial school or a Christian school or the Jewish school, synagogue, who was homeschooled.. I could tell the difference just by the way they wrote, by the way they acted. And I was always amazed at the difference. And I did a little bit of research and I found out, you know, the typical homeschool student is testing out on standardized tests as high as two grade levels above their age group. You believe that, George? That is, as a university professor, that's astonishing. And then I wanted to know the history of our education system. There was a fellow by the name of the Reverend Dr. McGuffey who came up with a concept called the McGuffey Reader, where you wouldn't have to go to school if you're on the frontier, there are no schools, so you would get the McGuffey Reader and it would start you off teaching you how to read.In the 1930s, there was a monument put up to Dr. McGuffey and I watched, I listened to the radio broadcast, I watched the newsreel and then listened to the radio broadcast where all of these famous men, inventors, Henry Ford and other people that came up and talked about how Westinghouse and Edison and all of these great men had been raised on the McGuffey Reader. So I got a set of McGuffey Readers in the library and I started going through them and I'll tell you, the 12th grade McGuffey Reader would challenge any of our graduate students today. So Dr. McGuffey put this Reader together so you could take a man on the frontier who knew nothing and he would eventually come out with the equivalent of what I call a modern master's degree. But let's say the McGuffey Reader wasn't enough for you. Our universities such as Harvard and other schools, they had their own version of it. Harvard's was the most famous because they called it six feet of knowledge. They had the Harvard program, the program of great books which is still practiced today at St. John's University in Annapolis, Maryland, which is right across the street from the Naval Academy. If you ever get up there, you need to take the tour. It's an amazing college. It's a classical education. And the Naval Academy is not bad either, go across the street. So these great books and you would read these great books and you would write, you would answer questions corresponding with the Harvard faculty. And then have you gone through this, you would have a classical education probably equivalent today to I would say a professional doctorate since you're not doing research or anything, I'd call it a professional doctorate similar to what I have. And you would have this amazing education living on the frontier, having never sat in a schoolhouse, just learning how many people in this country of some of our greatest people came up through this kind of system. You know, people don't realize this, you know, that Thomas Jefferson and Benjamin Franklin were basically self-educated, you know, and this is the, I'm going on and on, George.I know it's a, it's, it's a big glitch. He reminded me of my dad. He graduated the eighth grade. He died a multimillionaire, raised seven kids, had a farm, eighth grade. Before you denigrate someone who graduated with the eighth grade, I suggest you go to Google and look up the eighth grade examination of the 1930s. It was about the same from about 1890 to 1930s.And I dare you to take it. The questions are there, take it. And John, do you think that most college kids could pass it today? Oh, definitely not.I have a little piece of information for you, George. Did you know that most of the people working on the Manhattan Project had an eighth grade education and some of the higher level tradesmen graduated from the 10th grade? We had some of our most outstanding military aviators were high school dropouts during World War II. And this was back when you actually had to fly the airplane yourself. So I never denigrate someone. I'll tell you about, I've got a story for you. It's going to blow your mind here.We had a family friend, Judge Willis B. Fentress. He went to school and they kicked him out of school. He went home, taught himself how to read. One day he picked up a law book. He thought this was the most fascinating thing he'd ever seen. So he just sat down and just read law books in the law library because it was the easiest place to go to.Someone suggested that he take the bar exam. Well, he went on to become a very distinguished lawyer. He became our family lawyer and went on to become a judge. There's an old, I've got a Judge Fentress story. I've got to do this for you folks in Virginia. The story was Judge Fentress was about to make this Italian fellow a citizen. It was during World War II. He was a refugee from fascist Italy. And the man went up to Judge Fentress and the whole court was there. He was going to swear at me and say, he says, a Judge Fentress, I cannot be an American citizen. You see, my English is no good. I can't seem to learn your language and I struggle so much with words. And Judge Fentress stood up and he looked at the man. He said, I don't hear anything wrong with you. You sound perfect to me.That's the kind of man he was. One day, another Judge Fentress story, a man gets during the Great Depression, a man gets pulled into court for stealing a loaf of bread to feed his family. Judge Fentress finds the man $1 and he also find everyone in the courtroom $1 for allowing this man's family to go hungry.I told you about my book, Surviving Georgie and the One Room School. I read it for people over 70 so they could enjoy the early 1950s and the joy that we had back then, maybe to laugh at my stories. But the main fan mail came from like 10 year old boys where things really like that. One of them said, who took it? And I wrote back, honey, nobody took it. We just let it go. And I think that's the way it is with the public education system we had back then.It began with prayer and I'm talking public schools. Prayer and Bible study began the school each day. And we felt accountable not just to each other, not just to the teacher, but to a holy God who would hold us accountable. And it set the tone. John, I want you to tell us what went wrong. I mean, nobody took it.We just let it go. HSupport the show#Political/Conservative/Judeo/Christian/Constitutional

June 15 Democrats perfect cheating system
June 15 Democrats perfect cheating systemFormer President Jimmy Carter headed up a commission that studied mail-in voting, and then they issued a report. They said, "voting by mail is by far the worst thing that could happen to fairness and integrity in the election system." Oregon adopted mail-in voting in 1996, and it was obvious from the very first election thereafter that it was a perfect system for systemic fraud and voters cheating by the Democrat machine in Oregon. Then taking the lead from Carter as a blueprint rather than warning, Washington Democrats quickly followed. And then California adopted mail-in voting just before the 2020 election so that they could ensure a Biden-Harris win. Every civilized country we can name don't allow mail-in voting. It's a perfect system for cheating. Sponsored by the Caylor Financial Planning Group in Lynchburg, Virginia. Call 434-455-7197.Support the show#Political/Conservative/Judeo/Christian/Constitutional

Freeing the Persians
June 7 Freeing the PersiansHello, I'm George Caylor, and today's session of "Get Real" is with John Vassar. John is an expert in logistics, military strategy, history, and he's current with almost everything you can think of and a lot of things you haven't thought of. Well, John, the Iran war has been suspended, let's say, and they're in peace talks. I absolutely don't trust the Iranians. I don't trust the ayatollahs, that is. I don't trust them with anything. They lie. And they, according to the religion, they lie legally, and they lie theologically. And so, the advice, what advice would you give Mr. Trump in this war right now? Well, George, thank you for having me, and as I always, if you're out there in the audience that disagree with my opinion, you may be right. My view of this topic is that a situation where we have to get some kind of legal authority to take kinetic action, further kinetic action, against Iran. Now, we know that we've been at war with them since 1979, 1980, when they declared war on us. What President Trump's trying to get them to do is to sign a letter of understanding or some kind of agreement that he knows they will break because under their religious doctrine, treaties with the infidels aren't worth the paper they're written on. But once he has that document in his hand and they violate it, then he has the authority to go in and strike. Now, he's also in another – between Iraq and a hard place was the fact that the Persian population in Iran – and Iran's real name is Persia – they are on our side. They are very warm towards Israel, towards Jews in general, and they are under the control of horrendously evil despots. So far, there have been 189 uprisings that are being viciously put down. Yesterday, they hung one of their most popular athletes for criticizing the government, did a public hanging of it. So we're dealing with a tremendously despotic regime They are trying to dig up their ICBMs, which they put in storage. The atomic material – satellite pictures show them trying to recover that material. Only us and the Chinese actually have the technology to get that material out, so we will need probably their cooperation. Unfortunately, if we go kinetic, we will have to take out the civilian infrastructure. We're talking about mass casualties among people that we are – we feel quite warm to the Persians, a wonderful group of people, and they will suffer, innocent people suffer. And that sits very heavily on President Trump. But sometimes, we're in the same situation we were in dealing with Nazi Germany. We had American pilots and French pilots dropping bombs on French communities that were occupied by the Nazis to get to the Nazis. The French, if you ever saw the movie The Longest Day, there's a scene where a French admiral is telling his ships, the crew of his battleship, this huge monstrous battleship that they're going to have to fire on their own people to liberate France because the Germans had mixed themselves up with the population. So he said, we will be tacking our own communities and we're going to have to make a very difficult decision. You see, if Iran gets the atomic bomb, which they could – very close to getting, they claim they have enough to build six atomic weapons. This was the whole reason this war got started. And they have the delivery systems to deliver them. This could be a terrible, terrible situation for the whole world because they have an apocalyptic mindset that they believe that it is up to them to create an apocalypse that will cause the 12th Emon to emerge from hiding. And that's the goal, the entire goal. Also another bad sign is that the leadership has been moving their families and their money out of the country. Recently the prime minister of Iran resigned and he said – he just basically has given up and he says he has a family. So he himself will be leaving the country shortly. So the future does not look very good. And I don't blame President Trump at all. I think what he did is he did the right thing. He's trying to save the world from problems in the future. I have a good friend who was in Iran during the revolution and he was able to get out. He and his family were there and they were able to get out. It was extraordinarily hairy trying to get out during the revolution. The revolutionary people captured our embassy, which was almost never heard of that you would capture another country's embassy. They held our people hostage. And it was such a violation of everything civilized. And when Mr. Reagan was elected, the day he took office, they released the hostages because they knew they were up against somebody else. It wasn't going to be Jimmy Carter, it was going to be Ronald Reagan and they were afraid and they released them. But I remember at our – I went to a church in Atlanta at the time and when the Shah was in power, these young Persians walked into our church and asked if they could talk to the people. They were pretty insistent. And the preacher, I didn't think he should have, but he said, go ahead. And they said we need America's support in deposing the Shah. He's bad. Less than a year later, they were back in our church. We need help in deposing the Ayatollah. He's bad. And I thought, why can't these people make up their mind? What is the main danger for us if we don't end this regime successfully? The regime needs to be taken out completely. They need to be gone because as long as they're in power and they have access – the most important thing is they have access to atomic – military atomic energy. Not civil because we've offered them atomic fuel. When they – we told them, you don't have to mine your own uranium. You don't have to enrich it. We will supply you free of charge of all the atomic fuel you need. One of the things I could never understand is that Iran has at least four centuries' worth of natural energy – oil, gas, hydroelectric – to go for centuries. Why are they interested in atomic power? Well, they have a perfect right to build atomic reactors if they wish. I don't know whether they are signatories to the Non-Proliferation Treaty or not, but we have offered them – our president has offered them a signed contract to provide them with the fuel for their atomic reactors, much cheaper than going to war with them. It would be better for them, better for us, better for everyone. (click on "listen" for remaining interview.)Support the show#Political/Conservative/Judeo/Christian/Constitutional

"Shop Security" by Steve Adams
"Shop Security" by Steve AdamsI attended university in the mid to late 1980s. One of our assignments was writing Fortran code using punch cards which would run on the school’s Digital DEC10 mainframe. One day, I noticed a worker entering the computer lab by inserting their badge into a slot on the wall.I was fascinated by how that room was protected. When Christmas break rolled around, I didn't just head home to rest—I went to the barn to see if I could build my own badge reader. This served TWO purposes. First was the challenge to see if I could actually build one. Second, it served as a safety device to keep my nosey younger sister OUT of my shop! While the old shop is long since abandoned and filled with relics of a bygone age, I am fairly sure that if power was applied to the scanner, it would still work today with the old badges. So much of modern society is centered around instant gratification, but, to me, there's no substitute for a solution you've built yourself. June 10 Senile Biden and Obamas 3rd Term
June 10 Senile Biden and Obamas 3rd TermIt seems when Democrat women write a book about why they failed, publishers will take on the book, even though they know it's going to be a big financial loss. For instance, Hillary Clinton's hard choices outlined why she lost the presidency to Donald Trump. A couple of weeks after the book was published, I saw it in a bookstore on sale for a dollar. And now Joe Biden has come out with a book on why Joe his bid to run for president in 2024. Nobody's buying that book either. Not just because it's badly written. It doesn't mention that Jill Biden's husband Joe was diagnosed with dementia three years before he ran for president in 2020. It does blame Dr. Robert Herr for calling Biden T now. June 9 MN Gov Mike LindellIn 2019, I spent a happy hour with Mike Lindell in California at the National Broadcasters Convention. I liked him right away. He was the real deal. Today, Mike informed me that he's officially selected Naval Intelligence Officer Philip Parrish as his running mate in Minnesota's 2026 gubernatorial race. They're going to build their campaign around government accountability and exposing fraud. It's going to be interesting because they're in one of the worst states in America. Philip Parrish had been running his own campaign for governor, but he decided to join Mike Lindell's ticket. They're going to challenge Democrat front-runner. The outcome's going to depend on whether the Minnesotans want to go on with the fraud, the corruption, and incompetence. Or if they want something better. June 8 Allies lining up with America
June 8 Allies lining up with AmericaThis morning I read that Bibi Netanyahu and Mr. Trump had a big argument. Well, that's what friends and allies do. They have spats. But the thing is, everyone understands that Israel is an important ally. What's little discussed is the depth of support that we now have from the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and other countries in the region. It has to be sobering for the Iranian dictatorship to understand that it doesn't have a single ally willing to challenge the American naval blockade. Slowly, gradually, timidly, our European allies are lining up to help with the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz. A great deal of President Trump's maneuvers against Iran makes sense because he's seen as a coalition leader and not just a unilateral American President. June 4 Democrats' false compassion for the poor
June 4 Democrats' false compassion for the poorPublic assistance can't survive without public integrity. Minnesota's "Feeding Our Future" received from $250 million taxpayers, and it was spent on luxury homes, cars, vacations. Not a lot on feeding anybody. In California, EBT theft problems are leaving low-income families without food. What's so bad is the people who steal from the assistance programs are stealing from the poor first, the taxpayer second. They're robbing the widow, the disabled veteran, the single mother, a hungry child. Those in need deserve our help, but they're not going to get it. Why? Fraud! And who supports the fraud? Voters who elect Democrats. They allow this to happen, and yet a lot of people believe that Democrats are the compassionate party. Sponsored by The Caylor Group in Lynchburg, Virginia. "Grieving" by Steve Adams
"Grieving" by Steve AdamsA family friend lost her husband a few years ago. His passing still weighs heavily on her. About a month ago, her only daughter was taken suddenly after suffering a massive heart attack. Because mother and daughter were so close, this loss has really affected her severely.I was talking to her last night, helping to troubleshoot an outdoor receptacle that was not working. I could tell she had a rough day and I commented that she sounded stressed. That prompt led her to talking about the weekend and, as the story progressed, she broke down in tears. My heart just ached for her, but I realize there is literally nothing I can do to alleviate the pain. As I thought about it, though, I started to realize that maybe just being a trusted ear was what she needed. In life, we cannot always wave a magic wand and fix a problem or remove grief. Being honest, sincere and caring, can and does help others begin to work through the grief that remains after the funeral.Sponsored by The Caylor Group in Lynchburg, Virginia. June 3 Muslim massive fraud in MN
June 3 Muslim massive fraud in MNFrom "Get Real!" radio co-host Diane Gruber. The Muslim population in America is 1%. Muslim population in Minnesota is around 2-3%. But of the 15 fraud defendants in the May 21st indictments, 50% of them are Muslims. The Democrat machine in Minnesota set up a massive scheme. Tax dollars, mainly from federal taxpayers, were funneled to fraudsters. Instead of the vulnerable, hungry Americans who were entitled to these benefits, a lot of those tax dollars ended up in terrorist Somalia. It was accomplished by the help of the Democrats. Governor Tim Walz, Attorney General (Muslim) Keith Ellison, who slapped down and threatened hundreds of whistleblowers. Cultural Surprise
"Cultural Surprise" by Steve AdamsOn my first international trip, I was assigned a support role for a machine our company sold to a firm in Recklinghausen, Germany. I was loving the experience, the Autobahn, the food, the traffic light sequencing and even the challenge of communicating with the plant personnel. Everything was a new adventure. That first evening, I got to the hotel, excited, jet-lagged and weary from a full day of work. I called our engineering manager to give my report while also inspecting the lovely hotel that I was in.I was not thinking with a clear mind and my boss was amused as I mixed technical details with the amazement of my new digs. I reached the bathroom and was taking inventory of the facilities when I noticed something wrong. I had a wonderful room, a comfy bed, delicious food, fluffy towels and ample toiletries, but suddenly I blurted out on the phone, “They do not have washcloths!” I learned quickly that things we assume to be normal may not be in other cultures.Support the show#Political/Conservative/Judeo/Christian/Constitutional

May 28 Jan 6 Victims of Biden's Goons
May 28 Jan 6 Victims of Biden's GoonsThe January 6th committee, which supposedly investigated what happened on January 6, 2021, were all pardoned by President Biden before he left office. Maybe because they destroyed evidence, they lied and they hid exculpatory evidence which would have proven innocent a lot of the people who were sent to prison for years. Mr. Trump wants to reimburse the people who lost their homes, their jobs, their families, and some of them their lives for what the Biden administration and a corrupt government did to them. Every night on television we hear "Trump's allies he wants to reward for the riots on January 6th." Does the media think that we're all idiots? They keep showing us the same five seconds of footage of provocateurs. But what about the innocent people who lost everything because of the demonic hatred of all-things-Trump from the Biden administration?Sponsored by The Caylor Financial Group in Lynchburg, Virginia. May 27 Charlottesville and SPLC funding
May 27 Charlottesville and SPLC fundingI live in Lynchburg, about 60 miles from Charlottesville where a few years ago there was a Unite the Right rally. The Charlottesville mayor foolishly, or knowingly, put the radical right and the radical left in the same area so they could fight. And they did, and a guy from the Unite the Right who suffered for years from schizophrenia, ran over a poor girl from the left, and she was killed. So why did the Southern Poverty Law Center give one of the members of Unite the Right $270,000 to set this up? Maybe it was so the liberal media could say Trump said "there were good people on both sides," which he never said. And why did the Southern Poverty Law Center donate $73,000 to the KKK, $300,000 to Aryan Nations, and other racist groups. Sponsored by The Caylor Financial Group in Lynchburg, Virginia. May 26 Blacks only segregation
May 26 Blacks-only segregationMy black-conservative friend Torrance Stevens talked about racial segregation in the American South that developed after the Civil War. It was the formal system for legally enforcing segregation. It was built by a Democrat controlled Southern states, and it was built by Democrat controlled Southern state governments during the late 19th and 20th century. But what about 2026? It appears that Democrats, in particular black Democrats, are on the side of segregation. That's why they want gerrymandering to protect black districts and give them more voting power. The Supreme Court found that unconstitutional. Why do people think they should be represented only by their own race? Isn't that racist? Are only whites guilty of racism when they want to stick to the Constitution? May 25 MAGA is a good thing!
May 25 MAGA is a good thing!I'm not sure why MAGA gets so much criticism. Making America GREAT again? I think the movement actually began in 2009 with the Tea Party. America's patriots were tired of overspending, of bringing in illegals, of funding terrorist countries like Iran. You know, Obama sent the billions in cash, which they're using now against their own people and Iran's win against us. Trump got 80 million votes. There are 80 million American citizens voted for him three times. We're told that not enough voted for them in 2020, but I've seen no evidence of that. But because I dispute Biden's "win," I'm calling an election denier. And the 80 million Americans who like what Mr. Trump is doing are called all manner of bad names by the media, by liberals. But I have a question. Is making America great again a bad thing? Sponsored by the Caylor Financial Group in Lynchburg, Virginia. Trump once again triumphs over Dems and RINOs
The“Get Real” host, George, started this podcast by asking Diane about Senate Leader John Thune (R-SD). Why is he fighting Trump agenda? Why hasn’t he moved to kill the filibuster? Why doesn’t he support the SAVE America Act to create secure elections?Steve discusses the nightmare that will befall America when the next Democrat president takes office. He/She will immediately cancel all of Trump’s wonderful executive orders: These EOs need to be codified into law now while Republicans still have both the House and the Senate.George, Steve and Diane also discuss this week’s election primaries, as well as the upcoming Texas primary.Diane and George discuss why the J6 defendants should receive reparations for the illegal and unconstitutional abuse the received at the hands of the Biden Regime in order to establish a false narrative about Trump and his supporters. SEE ARTICLE LINKED BELOWHistorian Steve Putney ponders what China’s President Xi meant when he asked President Trump “are we going to avoid the Thucydides Trap?” It describes a severe structural stress that occurs when a rising power threatens to displace a ruling power. The “Get Real” host, award-winning financial adviser George Caylor and historian & biblical scholar Professor Steve M. "Crossing the Line" by Steve Adams
"Crossing the Line" by Steve AdamsI was talking to a friend who has four kids. He was explaining to me the “joys” of taking road trips in their SUV, which is equipped with tv screens in the headrests. Our family had a 1963 Buick Special. When we went anywhere as a family, that was the car we used. Most trips were short, to town or to church, but on occasion, we took longer trips to visit relatives. On those greater than 30-minute outings, my two siblings and I had an increasingly difficult time behaving. The Buick had a long, red bench seat divided by two white stripes. This effectively divided the seat into three parts. I took the left seat, my next younger sister the right and our baby sister was left with the “hump”.Unlike today’s vehicles with headrest TVs, OUR entertainment consisted of WHO or WHAT crossed those white lines into someone else’s domain. I am sure my parents would have PAID for in-car TV if they could have…Sponsored by The Caylor Financial Group in Lynchburg, Virginia.Support the show#Political/Conservative/Judeo/Christian/Constitutional

May 21 Fighting the new terrorists
May 21 Fighting the new terroristsHere's an excerpt from the new United States Counter-Terrorism Strategy. We face new categories and combinations of violent actors that make the established ways of doing counter-terrorism insufficient or obsolete. We face a multiplicity of deadly threats from terror groups and non-state actors, often secretly supported by governments who wish to undermine us. Currently, we face three major types of terror groups. Narco-terrorists, transnational gangs, Islamist terrorists, violent left-wing extremists, including the anarchists and the anti-fascists. Of course, that would be Antifa. Well, we know who they are. What are we doing about it? I think we're going to have to put people on the inside of those organizations, because when it comes to a terrorist cell, by the time you find them, the damage has already been done. And a lot of people have been killed. Sponsored by The Caylor Financial Group in Lynchburg, Virginia.Support the show#Political/Conservative/Judeo/Christian/Constitutional

May 20 Death by Diversity
May 20 Death by DiversityIn 1956, Soviet Union dictator Nikita Khrushchev said America will be defeated without a single shot being fired. If we look at Canada, we can see how it's going to happen here. In Toronto Public Schools, cafeterias are used by Muslims for prayer services. By the way, it's against Canadian law to have Christian prayers in public schools. During the prayer services, Muslim boys enter by the front door and girls enter by the rear door. The boys kneel in front, the girls kneel behind them, and the third row of girls are not praying because they're in their menstrual periods. It's funny how feminists don't seem to care about that. There's a saying, "Diversity is where nations go to die. " It's killing Canada. And if you've been watching the Democrats, you've seen that America has already been targeted to be destroyed in the wonderful name of diversity. Democrats still enslaving blacks
May 19 Democrats still enslaving blacksA lot of folks don't know that 23 black Americans, and they were the first to serve in the U.S. House of Representatives in the late 1800s, were Republicans. I wonder why most people don't know that. Well, it's because the education industrial complex has been lying to you since the 1960s.Because Republicans freed the slave, because Republicans continued long after the Civil War, promoting civil rights for blacks, and because Democrats continued to suppress blacks, all black voters and politicians were Republicans. Back then, the Democrats in the South figured out a way to keep blacks from voting, to keep blacks from running for office, and to prevent blacks from fully exercising all their civil rights. The Democrat Party prospers on the votes of the very people that it spent so much of its history oppressing. May 18 Trump guilty of greatness
May 18 Trump guilty only of greatnessAn activist Democrat court awarded E. Jean Carroll $83 million for the defamation and assault that she supposedly received from President Trump. It supposedly happened between 1994 and 1996 in a Manhattan department store. Carroll didn't remember when the assault happened. She didn't write about it until Trump became a national political figure. She claimed to have remembered the dress she was wearing that day, but that dress was not in production yet. The case shouldn't have even gone to court. And the jury didn't find Trump guilty of rape, but the Clinton-approved Judge Lewis Kaplan said Carroll could still claim that Trump raped her. And right before the last election, Trump was called a convicted rapist. I just think she's a sad, lonely, aging, vindictive, dishonest woman who knew that Democrats would feed on her lie and punish Mr. Trump.Sponsored by The Caylor Group in Lynchburg, Virginia.Support the show#Political/Conservative/Judeo/Christian/Constitutional

"Another Amazing First" by Steve Adams
"Another Amazing First" by Steve AdamsWhile working near Johannesburg, South Africa, we found ourselves slaving over some R&D machines. When we did have a day off, we got as much rest as we could and tried to schedule in some fun as well. One weekend, we found ourselves at a Theme Park named Gold Reef City. It was here that I experienced yet another amazing first. We stood our place in line and eventually were invited in to the ride. Mike and I looked at each other and grinned as we walked forward, boarded the aircraft and strapped in.After a short safety talk, the engines spooled up and the whole airframe, passengers included, shook with anticipation. Seconds later, we experienced the most surreal sensation of stationary floating. Mike and I were ecstatic, but the very next sensation was the front of the aircraft falling and the start of forward momentum. The experience of rising, dropping and seeing the theme park moving below proved to us that the helicopter ride was worth every Rand we spent. Sponsored by The Caylor Group in Lynchburg, Virginia. May 14 Importing People with Tuberculosis
May 14 Importing People with TuberculosisLast week we saw the news about a cruise ship where several people died of a relatively new virus. A lot of the passengers were Americans. That pales in comparison by what illegals we're bringing in. If your three children all got sick the day after a new kid came over to play, you might have an idea where the sickness came from. Tuberculosis is the world's deadliest infectious disease. It caused 1.23 million deaths in 2024, and the Biden regime imported massive numbers of third world tuberculosis, and now it's spreading across the United States again. May 13 Election fraud and Democrat Victories
May 13 Election fraud and Democrat VictoriesI've been thinking about the upcoming election fraud and what my sub-stack friend, Lex Green, had to say about it. We have people seeking and holding political offices that have no legal or constitutional right to do so. The greatest fraud in 250 years of American history is Barack Hussein Obama. He never proved the natural born citizen requirement in Article II for the office of president. But that didn't prevent him from two disastrous presidential terms. A third, if you count Biden who is Obama's puppet. How did that happen? Just because a lot of Americans don't know and they don't care. This has to stop. And eligible candidates must not be allowed ballot access. Only because voters assume incorrectly that everyone on the ballot is legally eligible for the office they're seeking. May 12 Socialist mayors and destroyed cities
May 12 Socialist mayors and destroyed citiesSeattle Mayor Katie Wilson has never held a job. When she first got into office, she threatened journalists and others if they dared to report on the Somali-owned fake decor centers, which are raking in millions each year from the taxpayers. There's a problem with socialism. It promises compassion, equity, and justice for the working class. And yet it delivers decay, exodus, broken promises. It's visible anywhere it's been tried. And the problem with driving away the wealth-creators and the job providers, you get rid of those who fund public services. You don't build utopia, you build collapse. Socialism has been a disaster everywhere it's been tried. But one thing I will say, it brings job security to those who vote for a living. May 11 Abortion is not Health Care
May 11 Abortion is not Health CareWhat do you think of when you hear the term "health care?" First thought that comes to my mind is going to the doctor and getting some care because there's something wrong. In fact, this morning I went to the chiropractor because I threw my back out. I got care and I feel better. Why then is abortion called "health care?" What's wrong with the body and what does the care entail? Abortionists refuse to talk about the method by which that health care is delivered. It's just too gruesome. They're taking a living being. But give it enough time, the pre-born baby will become a perfectly normal human being. It's not going to become something else. All it needs is a little bit of time and the mother's umbilical cord. I'm pro-life, so I think everybody should have a chance to live. I'm also a retired English teacher, and in the case of abortion, I don't think we should use the life-affirming words "health care." "Creating Stars" by Steve Adams
"Creating Stars" by Steve AdamsI watched a video of a British artist named Jacob Collier. What immediately struck me was how incredibly talented he was. Improvising a song with a 50-piece orchestra, including the entire audience and being pitch perfect, was something I had never seen before. I marveled at the potential this young man has. He came from a supportive but unconventional family and yet has achieved numerous Grammys while still in his 20’s.This made me reflect on my own life. Many of you know we have a rather large adopted family. As the kids came into our lives, my goal from the very first one was to encourage them to follow their dreams and be the best at that within their means.Being a parent is such a rewarding gift, but for me, seeing our children all develop in the challenging situations they came from into amazing professional talent was, and IS, amazingly humbling. I guess that is what parents DO, though. Our job is to provide the love and structure for our children to find their own greatness.Sponsored by the Caylor Group in Lynchburg, Virginia. May 7 Trump fighting Iran and liberal media
May 7 Trump fighting Iran and liberal mediaEvery time I turn on the mainstream media news, I hear how we're losing the war in Iran, how Mr. Trump is destroying this country, and how gasoline is at an all-time high. Actually, it's not an all-time high. When adjusted for inflation, it's not high at all, and compared to Europe, it's cheap. But I noticed that the people who complain that they have no money for food or gas will pay $5 for a high-energy drink, or coffee, or junk food, and they'll go to Chick-fil-A and get a $10 plus combo meal. They carry around a handheld device that has a high monthly rate, and they pay for premium movie channels. The nail salons are full with people who can afford to have their nails done, rather than doing them at home. This isn't about high expenses because of the war. May 6 Democrat grown assassins
May 6 Democrat grown assassinsThe man who wanted to assassinate President Trump, Alan Cole, wasn't born an assassin. How did he get there? In his own words, he says, I experience rage. Thinking about everything this administration has done, and I have to do something about it. Was it Cory Booker's speech? "We need foot soldiers." Or was it Hakeem Jeffries? "We are in an era of maximum warfare, everywhere, all the time." Or maybe it was the communist podcaster, Hassan Piker, who supports assassinations as social murder. Alan Cole said, "I'm not willing to permit a pedophile, a rapist, a traitor, to live any longer." And he believes that blacks are being persecuted. Was he DEI hired? Graduated from college? May 5 Liberal Ugly Art and Comedy
May 5 Liberal Ugly Art and ComedyWhy is it that almost everything the liberals touch becomes coarser, uglier, meaner? From comedy to art, it's all worse. Maybe they're changing things not because they dislike them, because of moral judgment. They don't look at something as unpleasant, but they look at it as wrong or evil, and they respond by making something that they dislike into something ugly and evil. During the Civil War, most of the generals that fought for the South neither owned slaves nor were fighting for slavery. They were fighting against Northern aggression, and many of them were strong Christians. But now, their statues have been taken down, and many of them have been cut up and made into something grotesque. Late-night comedy, which used to be funny, is made into something ugly and grotesque.
