#100: The Holiday Blues - Here Are Some Tips

from God & Therapy Podcast w/ Dr. Cheryl Hardy · host Dr. Cheryl Hardy

On today's podcast episode, Dr. Cheryl Hardy is talking about the holiday blues. Holidays are special moments for some people and a time of feeling down for others. We suggest that you take time to plan your joy, for pain always comes unannounced. Try to let the good time roll. Make time to soothe yourself, your mind, spirit, and body. You do not have to attend every event or please everyone's desires. Use wisdom and get rest. Taking care of your body should be a priority and not put on the back burner. From October to February, monitor your spending and mental health.  Take time to rest, renew your strength, and reset. We are looking forward to you being a part of the God and Therapy Community. To get connected, send me an email and let me know that you want to be included.  [email protected] ** To purchase a copy of Dr. Cheryl's Book, Therapy Is Not the Ememy – The Christian Novel, and other self-care resources, including Rebuilding a New You – A Self Care Journal, go to www.drcherylhardy.net/shop or an Amazon.
