100: Top 10 things that 100 podcast episodes have taught me in 2020

Today is a special day⁣⁣December 1, 2020 means it’s been 20 years since my then almost-4-year-old daughter declared it would be St. Kasey’s Day. ⁣⁣Listen now⁣⁣Kasey is an Enneagram 7⁣⁣Kasey was born on December 22 and, although never jipped on her birthday, it still being so close to Christmas she decided December 1st would be a day dedicated to her and her alone.⁣⁣On St. Kasey’s Day, we all have to wear pink—and it’s stuck for 20 years. It’s very cute and very Enneagram 7 of her.⁣⁣It was a pivotal time for me as well.⁣⁣I remember that time was important to me as well, as it was the beginning of my awakening. I realized I was about to repeat history if I didn’t repair some things. Looking into the eyes of my beautiful daughter—who looked just like me when she was young—I realized I was mad at this little girl, and I didn’t want to take it out on her.⁣⁣She was an example of what I believed I should have had.⁣⁣Which is why it’s so poignant that today marks the 100th episode of the Becoming Bulletproof Podcast, a podcast that launched on New Year’s Eve 2019.⁣⁣In this episode, I want to take a look back on this crazy year we’ve had. We were all so excited about what 2020 would bring and very quickly into the year we realized, wow—we didn’t see that coming.⁣⁣That’s why I want to celebrate the top 10 things that these 100 podcast episodes have taught me in 2020.
