A weekly video is what I'm contemplating as my next major goal with a website to support and further our Practice.The importance of meditation and mindfulness only grows more important with "seemingly" each day's events. We live in tumultuous times and need our "presence" of mind and perspective of our Selves, our World, and our place in Creation.
