What we call self love is often seen as the end goal, but today I speak with Adelina who sees it as just the beginning. The new baseline. She opens up and shares her own journey to self love(+) starting from early childhood trauma, discovering she had a spiritual gift at a young age that she was told to hide from the world, and eventually being put in a position to forgive someone who hurt her deeply.
