101: How to Build an Iron Immune System and Bulletproof Your Mind

from The Iron Life Podcast with Chris Tutela

Whether you're for the vaccine, against it, or right smack in the middle, there's one thing that we can all agree on.  That the strength of your immune system is going to determine how the virus affects you.  And regardless if you're vaccinated or not, you want to be sure that your immune system is as strong as it could possibly be, so you can be prepared for whatever comes your way.  For some odd reason, politicians and the media aren't discussing what you could and should be doing to protect yourself.  They aren't talking about exercise, diet, sunlight and sleep at all.  They actually haven't said a word about how you can proactively strengthen your immune system and enhance your health. So I am. On today's episode I take you through a step by step plan that can help you bulletproof your immune system and mindset from all the crap that they're spewing out there. It is my hope that we can actually begin to look at the underlying issue to this pandemic, which is the current health of our society.  Enjoy the show.
