On today's podcast episode, Dr. Cheryl Hardy discusses rebuilding a new you and how it is important and necessary. Working through a journal is an excellent way to learn more about your love for life and what you would like to enhance. You are so worthy of the time to stop and review your life. Pause and meditate on God's word, and move forward in prayer to connect and plug into the Spirit of the Lord.  Do not be afraid to succeed in your endeavors. Put on the whole armor of God so you may be able to stand. Have a vision and write it down.
