#101 Simplicity and the word NO

In this podcast, I discuss the importance of saying "no" and the importance of simplicity in business. I share my own struggle with saying no and how I have seen clients struggle with the feeling of  being overwhelmed despite their success in their businesses. I emphasize the need for strategic management and ownership status where I look into the future and create a business that can sustain itself. I also talk about the "Holy Trinity" of serving myself, my family, and then others. I explain that doing something that does not serve me will not allow me to serve others and my legacy effectively. As a bonus I am including a free download of our Mission Statement and Core Values worksheet.
