102// Stop Assuming I Have My Shit Together - Real Talk...

from Feel It First Podcast · host Natalie Carranceja

I think its quite easy to assume that the people you see on social media, have their shit together. But that is, in fact, not true. Far from it. I just don't share every single thing on my social media. I like my privacy. I like sharing from harmony and balance, instead of emotional chaos. I like sharing to lead you, not trigger you. And this is the same for most coaches, mentors, healers, teachers and influencers on the social media merry go round. Its a highlight reel. Its carefully and intentionally curated. And theres nothing wrong with that. But it can lead you astray, and derail you from your own journey of building the life you desire, when no discernment is practiced. It can pull you out of your own wealth embodiment, and trigger you. You can get trapped in comparison, frustration and defeat, when witnessing the highlight reel of someone else, forgetting that it is just that, a highlight reel. A 2 minute snippet from someone elses 24 hours. So the intention of this podcast episode, is to share a little bit of my own shit storm, so you can come back to the knowing that what you see on social media, isnt the whole picture. Let this be a conversation that brings you back to trust and devotion to your own journey of building a life you actualy desire.   SCARCITY 2.0 APRIL MASTERCLASS & BREATHWORK EXPERIENCE.
