103. Missed Expectations

Missed Expectations. This can happen in the in between space. The space between where you are now, and the time it takes to get into Flight Nursing. Lots of people give up in this middle space. They have one set back, or are told no, and they make that mean it wasn’t meant for them. So they slowly pull back, or give up completely. This inaction causes failure ahead of time. Leaning into determination is what is needed. But, what keeps us from taping into it, is thinking it “should” be easier. It really isn’t about arriving to the Flight Goal, it’s about the person you become in the process who faces obstacles and adversity and still learns to overcome.
