#103 Only being good cost $500k

Ever made a mistake and wonder what the impact will be? Today I have the ability to show you.  As leaders we need to work to continually hone our craft. I had a conversation recently that reminded me of the critical role systems have inside business.  See I realized one of my clients who has seen what most would call good success while we have been working together should have been generating significantly more revenue and profit inside their business.  When we first began working together I did not ask enough questions.
