A new report from Realtor.com says that the people between the ages of 60-80 now control an astounding $19 trillion or nearly 40% in housing wealth.  But guess what?  Gen Xers own $14 trillion, millennials $9.9 trillion and Gen Zer’s only $4.38 trillion.  But will they share the wealth and free up some inventory?
