But I can't do this. I am not helping the people I want to help, the people I set out to for this podcast, all this energy. And if I'm not willing to do what it takes because some are inside of me, I am afraid of some little unknown variable. That's my fault.
Hey guys, if you're like me, you've always had a desire to do more. And deep inside, you've known there's a way and a possibility for you to achieve your dreams, the lifestyle and achieve the freedom you've always wanted because we have what it takes to get things done and learn from others and get the mindset to achieve the dreams we've always wanted. Welcome to SB Warriors. Hey, what's up guys?
I'm pushing myself out of my comfort zone a lot lately. And it's for a number of different reasons. And one is I think I'm getting sick and tired of going through the spinning cycle where you're kind of getting a little bit of traction. You start to learn something new.
And then all of a sudden you're like, you know what, you want to implement it. And then when you implement it, you maybe get some results you want, but then it's not ultimately what you were going for. So I'm now streamlining and getting more focus on the results of what I really want to do. And so when you start to get this entrepreneur spirit and you're challenging all these different ideas and things and ways to do different things, I've been like, okay, what is the core of my business?
And I had to ask myself that, especially around tax time, because there's nothing like a reality slap in your face when you start doing your taxes. Because when you do your taxes, you can't help but ignore that either you've been doing a profit, you're doing a loss or you're somewhere in between. And so you have to look at the numbers. And if you believe what you do offers a value of service to help others and you're kind of a plain, you're experimenting, maybe you're lost and you're not sure where to go.
And that's okay, but you have to make a decision to act. And I have been at that point of going, you know what, I've done enough knowledge, I've done enough learning. I understand core functions that say 90% of people don't understand. And yes, there's gonna be always somebody who's gonna be a little bit further ahead of you.
And that's okay, but as a whole, I know I could help a large percent of people who aren't implementing basic ideas when it comes to marketing their business, to getting more leads. And what I realize is I'm not helping other people when I do these things at a massive, massive discount. Or I'm just putting stuff together, taking time away from my family and things that I need to do whether it's health, whether it's spend time with family, whether it's to like I just had to go to my mother and father who are getting older and I had to go over there. And you don't understand it until you actually go through it.
And I saw my parents go through it with my grandmother. And when people start to get older, you start to realize like, wow, like what's really important? Where am I spending my time? And you know, like my son's nine, so I know I've been at this game for almost a decade and pursuing how to use my experience, my knowledge, my energy to help other people.
And then when you see your parents start to have that slope where they're no longer young, you know, especially if you had active parents or an active dad or active mom and like my dad was super active. So he would do so many things that like I used to be like, wow, he can fix anything, he can lift anything. And now to see him struggle to lift, you know, food to his mouth is like heartbreaking. And so it humbles me saying, you know what?
My time that I spend is valuable. And the time that I'm helping other people is also valuable because they may not recognize it right now, but those people who want results and who want them faster, you end up spending more money. Because you're learning from other people who've been there, who've done what you want to do, or who have a system in place that you can follow. And so now I'm at the point where I stop making excuses and trying to YouTube every video, every little thing and just going, okay, I'm gonna learn from this person because you can see patterns of success.
And with that, start implementing it to an higher level so that you can resonate and help other people who aren't there at that space where they're saying, someone who's trying to seek a $50,000 coach. But until you spend, and I always thought, this is just a hogwash. When someone spends $50,000 for a coach, then it makes them want to invest in the program, huge. Two, they're not messing around.
Three, they now understand how it is and can ask for that sort of command of money. And it's one of those things, if you don't ever spend a certain amount of money, you never feel comfortable in asking someone to spend that sort of money. And it may seem like, oh yeah, I could ask people to spend a million dollars for my services. But you're not really gonna genuinely believe that inside and people read it, people will read the way you communicate, the way you feel about what you're doing because you don't believe it.
And so out of this whole thing, this whole weekend, of just realizing I need to focus even more. And that's what I've been really, really deciding, I'm doing a disservice when I help people who A, aren't ready, B, aren't willing to put some sort of money up to show that they're gonna invest in themselves and I'm doing a service to them first, and then also myself and my family. So it's a lose, lose, and I'm gonna create a win-win scenario for everybody. And so to do that, we have to work and strive and understand that nobody's asking for somebody for free majority of the time.
But you know that there's people who are like, oh, they need help and you feel bad and your heart just wants to help them because you can see the things that they're doing wrong. And then it's hard to say, no, they're not ready. They're not ready to go to that next level because they're not asking the right questions. And when you come to answers with people, they ignore you because maybe they know you too well and they don't think you bring that game to them.
Maybe they only see you in one function. So there's that triangle, your trust, your authority and your respect. So most people will trust you. And then when you start losing people, they may not respect you.
And if they don't respect you, then it's hard for them to say, yes, you're an expert. I'm gonna do that. But that's okay. You have to push beyond the boundaries the people who are within your immediate circle and push past that.
Create the offers that you wanna do and start doing them. Nobody's gonna help you get further along than yourself. And if you kind of frame it in a way where you have to do this, you have to stop messing around. You have to stop thinking that you're getting a quick fix when you buy some product and just go, you know what?
Who am I selling something to? And what services am I offering? If you're not doing that thing, you're caught in the mix of, it's almost like you're band-aiding a fix to achieve the goal you wanna achieve. And we don't want to band-aid ourselves.
We want to make a mistake. He'll go, move, get up, fall down, get up again. And so that's where I'm at. I'm in a stage where I'm stopping, making excuses for myself.
The app is in a minimal-viable product. We're in pre-launch now, but there's one of those things I'm sitting on and I'm going, you need to do a challenge. Even if it's a five-day challenge. Even if the challenge fails, and I've been holding myself back for almost two years, and I said, you know what, I need to do it.
I've been holding myself back doing a group coaching for almost, oh my gosh, for years. And so now I'm going, you know what? I can't do this. I am not helping the people I want to help, the people I set out to for this podcast, all this energy.
And if I'm not willing to do what it takes because somewhere inside of me, I am afraid of some little unknown variable. That's my fault, and it's on me. And that's the biggest growth curve when it comes to the entrepreneurial journey is that you have to continue to step through your roadblocks because you will be the biggest inhibiting factor in your success. Think about that, guys.
Keep pushing. If you're interested, check out the SB Warriors Facebook page. I'm gonna start doing some challenges, challenges, and we're gonna start off with a five-day video lead challenge to help you get leads for your business through video, and it's gonna be coming soon because I'm launching my beta program and I'm announcing on the podcast because it has to happen. If I don't announce this and take the steps, then I'm playing, and I'm still working to help other people.
Don't get me wrong, but I'm not doing what I know I should be doing, taking that step. And maybe somewhere inside, you can resonate with a little bit of this and decide what it is you wanna do, how you're gonna get there. And the easiest way to do that is reverse engineer success. Put your head down and start taking the action to get those people in your business and be willing to do what it takes to get it done.
