#106: Gotta Love Those Benefits

What's the biggest thing employees look for in a new job? The Bennies, right? The salary is great but I know a lot of folks who stay on for the benefits. How about the tired, worn-out woman who has "five more years" until the pension kicks in at a job she hates? Or the sick couple who keep a job because of healthcare benefits? I'm not saying there's no value with Employee benefits.  But I am saying they're not the only ones. Business Owner benefits can be every bit as valuable. Or even more so!
