Visualization.  Imagery. The Law of Attraction.   From Jim Carrey to Oprah Winfrey to Conor McGregor, these mental practices have helped some of the most successful people in the world get to where they are today. For Carrey, it was a way to earn wealth.  Visualization played a major part in the $10 million he earned in 1994. For Winfrey, she uses visualization “to become the highest, grandest vision possible for life”.   McGregor says “if you can see it in your mind, you’ll see it before your eyes.” Though these stories are reassuring, you don’t need to be famous to use visualization to your benefit.  In fact, you can do it right now where you’re sitting.
