Suzanne is CEO and founder of Advisor Business Solutions based in Long Beach, CA. She is a strategic business management specialist with over 20 years of experience providing business solutions and marketing strategies for financial services, government agencies, nonprofits, and small businesses. Suzanne's team specializes in guiding financial services firms, small businesses and health & human services agencies primarily looking to hire staff, increase revenue or develop multicultural training and outreach campaigns to underserved communities. She is passionate about bringing more diversity into each area of her business, helping women and people of color seeking opportunities to access "next level" jobs, find new business partners or identify successors to business owners.  Suzanne focuses on being a trusted adviser for business consulting, succession planning, financial services recruiting and marketing strategies. She has also partnered with BLX Internship to provide program management for matchmaking over 50 financial planning firms managing 75 billion AUM with Black and Latinx college students and career changers throughout the US for paid summer internships.
