She helps leaders create a culture of kindness with nourishing recipes & menus to increase wellbeing. Harpal explains how her journey began with compassion but evolved into focusing on kindness. She emphasizes the need for self-compassion and discusses the challenges of practicing kindness, especially when people are suffering. Highlights Harpal shared how she realised the power of compassion in alleviating suffering. She believes that kindness is a powerful force for growth and how to use the KIND model to reduce stress and burnout. She struggled to explain compassion to others and eventually found that kindness was a more universally understood concept.
