Today I get a call from Pam who's going through a little bit of seasonal onset and she's a struggling entrepreneur who's really trying to push her summit. She's been putting out a few summits and leading information as people been dealing with the pandemic to try to help out other business owners and mostly women and so today she's having to be kind of struggling through some points and trying to re-energize herself. We share some of her moments and some of the suggestions I give while she's trying to reinvigorate her passion to stay focused on what she's trying to do. I want to preface that this call was totally not planned and I happen to be driving and so you will hear a little road noise and we did our best to pull it out but I think if you guys listen to this some of the struggles that she's going through has happened to I think every entrepreneur and it's a matter of fact of just going how can I pull myself out of this and so stay tuned listen to this episode and if you have any comments or feedback please let us know or DM me on one of the social media channels Facebook Instagram YouTube happy to hear from you guys all right let's tune in.
Hey guys if you're like me you've always had a desire to do more and deep inside you've known there's a way and a possibility for you to achieve your dreams the lifestyle and achieve the freedom you've always wanted because we have what it takes to get things done and learn from others and get the mindset to achieve the dreams we've always wanted. Welcome to SB Warriors. So unless one response that's okay great we'll talk about that but right now I want to talk about like I asked what they said to see you know what they need to do to disorder. Okay.
So people may not respond because they don't want to put it on blast they may feel like they may just don't tell me like hey you know tell me how you feel when you're sad and like what is that you're sad about and she's like nobody really wants to talk about it. I think you can talk about a lot of anxiety going around the election and why that is you know you have a number of different choices but it's going to boil down to who you're serving. I'm trying to build that off of the industry because I think I'm sorry I'm really nice to now. I had to get back on the recommendation but I know I suffer from saying I'm going to see the other second story.
Okay. It takes me a bit to get started just because I'm blocked and just I'm here but I don't have to buy 36 bucks I can start. Yeah. I might need a living estate that doesn't have daylight savings.
Yeah. Yeah. It's a little lack of greenery but. Yeah.
I don't even know who it changes though. What's that change? Ah, you know I don't know. That's a good question.
I really don't know. I think you have something there like you're pretty close to doing what you're supposed to be doing. Like. I don't know what's the research of the people watching you do things like that.
So they start to follow up with this one. I do that. See focus on who you're trying to serve and like what problems you're trying to solve for them. Yeah.
Because you're already putting together many summits. Yeah. So now you just need like a bigger one. Start jumping on the circuit of other people who have your audience members and you know start talking about what you're trying to do.
Yeah. And then you bring them into some back offers. Like you're trying to build that balling. The only way you're gonna build that balling is leveraging somebody else's or take the time to build it organically.
And I'm not recommending the taking the time to build it organically. Yeah. I mean I'm recommending that you take the extra time to build it organically. Oh yeah.
I mean it's nice and you know you should be still building that presence. But you're for an income based like you're not depending on the building your presence through organic means. But here's the thing if you start interviewing people in different tiers who have an audience then all of a sudden you're organically you're gonna start reaching more people because you're you're already talking to people who have the answers to the audience you're trying to build. Right.
Yeah. I think that's kind of the thing that's kind of thing. I'm gonna get back on it. All right.
I was doing my own research but just not as with the sets of urgency I'm only with it. There just remember there's a lot of people have different ideas. It's just the action that people take that makes a difference. Is the what?
Action? Oh yeah. You're ready. You are right.
So I'll be on you. Okay. Well it sounds like I'll be here from you soon. You will.
So we can have our conversation is some of the actionings. Yes. Create a gameplay a game plan. You used to create a game plan for what you're trying to do.
Oh but this is cool. Not just this call but just for. Oh doesn't it? Yeah because this is your business.
You're trying to create a business. Exactly. So you know you need to start talking to people who are your ideal customer or have means of creating opportunity for your ideal customers and want to see some of your content. Yeah.
I agree. Okay. All right. All right.
So I'm gonna cut it off here because I think we got the gist of what was going on with Pam and even though we talked for a short amount of time it was totally unscripted and it was like the idea is like if you can decide that you're going to keep pushing forward put together that game plan and every step of the way doesn't have to feel good but you're moving forward and I grew up in the midwest and I remember sometimes it would be so cold and the snow would be really heavy and you just you were struggling to get to school because I would have to walk to school and I was a latchkey kid and so when you're walking sometimes you didn't feel like doing it even though normally I would love to play in the snow. If you didn't feel like doing it what I would do I would just put my head down and just focus on the next step and when you're walking in something heavy with a heavy boot and snow and you feel the laborist movement if you lift your head sometimes you go oh my gosh like I would walk about a mile of the school and so if you look up and you just like you kind of get a little bit of you get deflated a little bit and you lose energy because you're like it's so far away so a lot of times what I would do I would just look down one foot in front of the other and then take little moments and in those little moments between the steps whether it's like maybe a patch ice then I could have a little bit of fun just between a step or two so that the trip along the way wasn't so hard and I think a lot of times if we do that with our journey in our business it's like find a little moments we can celebrate on and and understand that this is a journey it's and I just told somebody this the other day it's not the destination even though we fight so hard for this destination it's the journey of who you're becoming throughout this part your journey of love you are now going down this course during going down this this venture this path that a lot of people don't do so you're expecting to get this information results everything instantaneously and if it was this easy it would be everyone would have it but and if everybody had it they wouldn't they wouldn't appreciate what they had because they didn't work for it so you're working for your steps each step is a step of progress and you may learn something you know like my wife she can't walk in the snow to save her life because she didn't grow up in snow and so where me because I've learned throughout my younger years of playing and walking to school I learned what it's like to have to walk in snow with boots and try to traverse different you know terrain of the of the path that now I do with confidence and she looks like she's struggling it's because she hasn't done it before and I truly believe that entrepreneurship is the same way your journey is different just like everyone else's is but there's similar paths parallels and draw upon the success of others yes but understand this this journey is one step one step further every day deciding not to give up even when your feelings may tell you to and when you can't get out of that funk two things you want to try to do one is to move your body and two I usually like to do personally something some music to get me into state and that state will help me push forward in those moments those low moments where I'm like I don't know if I could do this I don't know if I'm doing the right thing and then to get that clarity just keep pushing guys hopefully you found this episode helpful and we'll talk more and look out for the challenge that's coming out really soon and I hope to see you guys in our five day challenge alright guys talk to you soon have a great one so I post a lot of my entrepreneur journey mindset interviewing top coaches entrepreneur business owners you name it I try to work my best to help you guys see the greatest content that's going to help elevate your game and grow your business now one of the things we did is we created a tool a software tool that's cost us literally thousands of dollars in almost two years to create with this tool we are giving away lifetime license and it's very important that you guys when you hear what I'm saying that we build and grow and engage our list you control the list you have the ability to do the over-effect so with that you guys visit SB Warriors Backside's my resources you have access to get a lifetime license for absolutely free and you see some of the other tools we use which is very important to maintain your growing your business get started have a great day we appreciate you guys and keep pushing push to grow and get help to keep growing your business for this year and many years to come I'm pushing for you guys have a great one and we'll see you next time
