In the times that we’re in, it can be hard not to worry about something. After all, this year has shown us that many of our biggest worries have come to fruition. Reports of anticipatory anxiety have increased, when your brain is in overdrive thinking about all of the things that could go wrong. Some types of anticipatory anxiety are okay, like when you’re preparing for a job interview or a big trip. It’s when this starts to take over your everyday feelings, it can become unhealthy.
