Send us Fan MailThe reality of the emerging ways in which we work is that many people are now working with new people who don't know who they are or what they do, which can impact confidence and ability to collaborate and perform. With matrix working  (where we work with anyone and everyone with less hierarchy) and hybrid workplaces (interacting in virtual/in-room or mixed spaces) we need to impact and influence others to build relationships with more purpose and intention. In the second in our 4-part Mind Over Matter series, we share practical ideas for using stories in our everyday communication to create emotional connection and trust.  The ability to describe what you do and the value you add, or to bring data or processes to life with different characters is key to creating confidence in self and others.
