Parenting advice is a dime a dozen when your a mom and have lots of mom friends.  I love and respect all my mom friends around but there are very few I take advice from that directly alters the way I parent.  Today my guest is a friend, mentor and parent advisor.  She is a powerhouse mom who I completely love and align with her parenting values and literally try to take notes on every conversation we have, parenting or otherwise.    Keka DasGupta has dedicated her entire working life – first as an award- winning PR/marketing veteran, and now as an entrepreneur – to studying the emotional undercurrents that connect people to people and people to brands. She has worked with such globally recognized brands as: IKEA, Nike, Disney, Johnson & Johnson, American Express, Schwarzkopf, Schick, and a host of other Fortune 500s. Today, Keka helps people DO life on their own terms and she helps schools and businesses fight bullying and create more meaningful, happy cultures using gratitude-centered leadership. Keka has graced stages across Canada, the US and Europe, inspiring audiences, both young and old, with nuanced insights into human psychology. That regardless of the goals, academics and expectations, all our kids really want; all we really want is to listened to and know that we matter.
