The rearview mirror in your car is useful for lots of reasons. It gives you a way to see if there’s a vehicle behind you, but it also serves to remind you of where you’re coming from. Pastor Jeff teaches us today that we need a rearview mirror in our own lives, to remind us of how God has provided for us so far. It becomes easier to trust Him in the present when we reflect on what He has done for us in the past. But when we forget to look back, it can be easy to get locked up in fear and lose faith in the Lord.
