Andrea si definisce un'anima selvatica oltre che contadino. Pioniere del biologico, ha convertito e certificato l'azienda di famiglia nel 1997, quando il bio non era ancora una pratica diffusa tra gli agricoltori. L'Orto del Pian Bosco è oggi un progetto agricolo diversificato, che unisce coltivazioni di ortaggi e frutta, un laboratorio di trasformazione, didattica, agriturismo, oltre al recentissimo laghetto delle Libellule. Con Andrea abbiamo parlato di come si possano combinare più pratiche agroecologiche in una realtà produttiva ben strutturata, pur rimanendo su piccola scala.
