Thirteen years ago, Mark started a podcast called ‘Coffee Break Spanish’. Today, Coffee Break is available for a large number of languages and the podcasts have become hugely successful. The podcast lessons are being downloaded over 2.5 million times each month. That means that every 0.91 seconds, somebody in the world downloads a Coffee Break lesson. In order to serve such a big audience, Mark has built a team of four full-time and twelve part-time employees and additionally works with other freelancers consultants on a regular base. Business is going well.
