He also discusses the strategy of using the BRRRR method (buy, renovate, rent, refinance, repeat) and the significance of velocity of money in real estate investing. When asked about advice for new investors, Zach recommends taking action and buying a property, even if it's not a perfect deal, as the learning experience is invaluable. He also suggests exploring different sources of funding, such as partnerships, hard money lenders, or leveraging existing assets.
