11 | Dealing with Challenges and Keeping Up with Natalie Boese

from XPAND CAPACITY™ · host Dr. Christine Manukyan

Natalie Boese is a lifestyle and digital organization expert who empowers busy professionals to reduce overwhelm and save time by creating simple systems for their health, productivity and planning.   Natalie lives in Toronto with her two boys, one with severe special needs who challenges her every day to stay healthy, organized and motivated.   It's because of that drive that she creates and implements systems that reduce the overwhelm by providing tools that promote physical and mental health, time management techniques and simple organizational hacks that will leave mums feeling like they have their head clear and their homelife in control. Her brand is known as "Eat, Move, Live, Simply." As an Apple product enthusiast for over 35 years Natalie has always been drawn to organization, lifestyle wellness and digital creativity. Natalie began working in advertising at some of the largest agencies in the world where she loved the marriage between business and creativity. While working in the corporate environment she still caught the family entrepreneurial spirit early on and switched careers by going from corporate environment to starting home decor business.    It was based out of Thailand and Indonesia where she was able to indulge in her love of travel while building relationships with retailers across Canada.    https://www.natmacconsulting.com https://www.natalieboese.com www.linkedin.com/in/natalieboese https://www.instagram.com/natboese/
