11. Dissolving Imposter Syndrome

from Too Human with Nurse Nell · host Danelle

Imposter syndrome is something I see many of my high-functioning, capable, smart female clients suffering from. The definition of imposter syndrome is: "the persistent inability to believe that one's success is deserved or has been legitimately achieved as a result of one's own efforts or skills." A strong brain can breed strong negative results...and it can also be used to change said results. In this episode, we journey into the truth about imposter syndrome, and what you can do to dissolve it and actually feel deeply confident. We talk about how common imposter syndrome is, authenticity vs. attachment, the a$$hole that is your brain, primal survival needs, creating new neuronal networks, mindfulness/directing your mind, and more.
