11. It's ok to ask for help

In business, as in life, it really is OK to ask for help. I am not sure about you, but for many years I believed it was a weakness to ask for help. I thought I should know all of the answers myself, I should be able to come up with all of the solutions myself, and I didn't need or want to ask for help. Luckily I learned that often the best outcome to a problem was asking for help. That two minds are often better than one, and more creative, more productive and more profitable solutions can be generated. Plus, people love to help someone, so ask, I am sure the person you ask will be excited and happy to help you. In today's episode I share with you my story and how I never wanted to ask for help, and what happened when I did actually start reaching out for help. I share how 1 + 1 doesn't equal 2! and how when you start asking for help you realise that you are not alone in the world, that there is support and love all around you.
