Desirable or undesirable, the deep embodiment of being here requires our flesh tingles with life during the places our intellect wants to avoid. We are here to experience connection, with our pain, with our bruising, our elation, confusion, tingling ecstasy.  There is no feeling that can't bring us deeper into an unselfconscious experience of embodiment.
