Ulrikke er utdannet sivilingeniør, og underveis på studiene på NMBU begynte hun og en venn i kollektivet å bygge en sensor for avfallsbransjen. Det var starten på selskapet Sensorita, som nå har 6 ansatte og har hentet tilskudd og investorkapital på 28 millioner. Ulrikke er å finne på Kapitals liste av 40 under 40 og vant Årets Gründerpris på Avfall Norges årskonferanse i 2022. Hun er stadig å se enten i grønn dress på scenen på konferanser i Europa eller med hjelmen på blant containere på en byggeplass.
