11| Why Leadership Requires Silence: The Hidden Strategy Behind Obedient Building

There are seasons when the Lord will give you an instruction and tell you to keep it between you and Him. Not because He is withholding, but because He is protecting what He has planted. When you share too soon, you open the door to unnecessary warfare, distraction, and delay, especially when you are building according to God’s plan. Many Christian business women struggle with knowing when to speak and when to remain silent, particularly when starting a business or stewarding an assignment God has entrusted to them. Boldness does not always mean visibility. Sometimes it looks like obedience, restraint, and trusting God with the process before the unveiling. In this episode, I teach why it is crucial to build in obedience and move in silence. I share how to discern what to release publicly, what to guard privately, and how productivity can be disrupted when you move ahead of God’s timing.
