110: Why occupying your growth number is NEXT LEVEL

A lot of you have really taken your personal development to the next level.⁣⁣⁣It’s one thing to know our type, and another to know it well.⁣⁣⁣Listen now⁣⁣⁣There’s something that’s very rarely talked about when it comes to the Enneagram.⁣⁣Here’s the thing: We all want to grow. But the thing about growth is, very rarely is it comfortable or painless.⁣⁣Much like building new muscle, growing ourselves personally, spiritually, and emotionally can be painful; it doesn’t feel natural or comfortable. When we feel that resistance, what do we do? We go back to what feels comfortable.⁣⁣But nothing grows in comfort.⁣⁣If you didn’t know already, there’s way more to the Enneagram than just your personal type.⁣⁣Each type is connected to wings, stress numbers, and growth numbers. And it’s in the growth numbers that we can access our growth and leadership superpowers.⁣⁣The goal is to be the healthiest version of yourself and your type.⁣⁣The next level is to embody another type: your growth number. Although most of you see me in my growth number all the time, it’s because I’m always pushing it—and every day it’s uncomfortable.⁣⁣In this episode, I go through all of the growth numbers for each Enneagram type.⁣
