家の中に、住所や名前が書かれた紙を入れている大きな紙袋があります。「あとでシュレッダーしよう」と思って溜めていたものですが、気づけば見ないふりしたい存在になっていました。今回は、通知ハガキや通販の送り状など、個人情報入りの紙をどう処理するかという生活感のある話から、小さな先送りが心理的な負担になっていくことについて考えました。家庭用シュレッダーに根性論は通用しません。大事なのは、一気に片づける気合いではなく、入ってきた時点で小さく処理する仕組みなのかもしれません。
