It is so important to recognize that we have many parts in our lives, and they are all connected. Your mental health about money is for you to think well, use tools, and have a plan. Get a money journal. Your physical health is about money. It is for you to live well in your body and not have high blood pressure, exercise your wisdom, and connect with a financial advisor.
