115: Post-Election Thoughts: Finding Your Inner Sanctuary and Alchemy Amidst Collective Wounds

from Too Human with Nurse Nell · host Danelle

This is a transmission to support you after the election in choosing your peace when and if you want to --In acknowledging the shadow of uncertainty and collective wounds coming to light --In grieving and processing and holding space for all the messiness you may feel inside --...all the contradictions, all the pain and blame numbness anger despair alongside the fact that the truth is here – we have power with our internal experience as we witness collective shadows unfurling and being brought to light…that are also our own shadows things we have ignored for reasons that make perfect sense it can feel like too much to hold and now it’s here it’s revealing it’s confronting it’s triggering as f*ckThe truth is you are not separate from these shadows, no matter how much inner work you have done individually And paradoxically you are having the experience of separateness as a human being incarnated in 3D reality Which is what makes it feel so painful The us against them The not being able to see others’ humanity So much confusion and fog and smoke and fear and anger Which makes sense It all makes sense and what u feel makes senseSo we have the human experience And the spiritual experience My personal goal is to ride and weave thru both worlds, allowing myself to be simultaneously broken open and numbed out To feel the extend of my anger AND tiredness To grieve and let myself become rearranged to come out better, with more power, with a truer more honest strength and love This is an invitation to step into the version of ourselves we must become to bravely face the death and rebirth cycles that come with cultural shifts that have been rumbling below the surface before America was even America Contending with the discomfort that evil resides in all of usSuch an uncomfortable truth that we attempt over and over to push away Our job is to feel it This is the work . . I'm currently offering 30-minute free somatic coaching sessions for women who consent to the session being recorded and put on my podcast OR write me a review OR refer me to others. These sessions have been absolutely magical 🥹🥹 I'm trained in trauma informed coaching, Existential Kink, and somatic therapy. I'm all about not pathologizing whatever you're experiencing, and guiding you back to the wisdom of your body. Your body holds so many keys. Your body keeps the score. Your body houses wisdom from not only your lifetime, but all your ancestors' timelines. During these sessions, I blend intuitive hypnosis with somatic work, and we go on a JOURNEY into your subconscious mind. Recent review: "I've never laughed-cried like that before. The relief was that immense. Your wisdom in that moment is something I'll never forget. When we did the somatic practice and talked about a spot in my body where I held very scary, painful trauma, and you were so fearless. I've always felt afraid of other people's emotions and the way you held space, with such understanding and fearlessness was awe inspiring." See you there!! https://calendly.com/nursenell/follow-up
