We completely forgot to introduce the newest Doctor!Prior to Who, Capaldi was already well-known.He was in a deleted scene in Maleficent.He played Cardinal Richelieu in BBC One’s series The Musketeers, but had to leave after the first season, which aired in 2014…He was most well-known as Malcolm Tucker in BBC’s The Thick Of It. Apparently Tucker has quite the potty mouth?Most importantly in my book, right around the time of the big announcement in 2013, Capaldi played a small part in World War Z where he worked as a medical professional in the World Health Organization. In the 2013 comic The Girl Who Loved Doctor Who, the Eleventh Doctor visits a parallel universe where there is a tv show about his life.
