In this role, she is responsible for the amplification of Rimini Street's extraordinary story through expert strategy, execution, and management of external communications including public relations, analyst relations, social media, and client storytelling, and the engagement of employees through the creation of culture-rich programs.Ms. Ravin is the founder of the Rimini Street Foundation, the charitable program privately funded by Rimini Street, Inc. and its global subsidiaries. Since its inception, Ms. Ravin has nurtured its award-winning philanthropic programs with the support of the Global Steering Committee, overseeing the financial donations, in-kind contributions, and employee volunteer programs that have empowered more than 425 charities across 6 continents to date.As the head of Culture and Experience, Ms. Ravin continues her work as the former Sr. Director of Employee Engagement, helping to shape the Rimini Family core values centered around the "4C's" of Rimini Street – Company, Clients, Colleagues, and Community. She is credited for the launch of ERG programs including TEAM PINK, the Company's breast cancer survivor and support group, TEAM GRIT, the Company's veterans support group, and multiple programs and events centered around wellness, learning, and togetherness. The culmination of her team's efforts coupled with passionate support of Rimini Street colleagues are recognized with multiple workplace awards around the world.Ms. Ravin holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification by HRCI, and is a graduate of the Civil Engineering Technology program at Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology in Toronto, Canada.
