When we still have SOOOO much to do at home, it makes it REALLY hard to go to work and FOCUS.  I am telling you, it is all about the SYSTEMS.  I am starting a business, trying to take care of myself, freshly engaged, dog mom, back in school for my undergrad, and work 12-hour long shifts as an RN in a very demanding profession.
