12. Honest Motherhood - A real look at the mother, the professional, the wife and the woman (With Ariana Christie)

Oh, the duality of motherhood. The highest highs, the lowest lows. That feeling like you are the most yourself that you have ever been and also the least yourself that you have ever been. While it is the highest honour to be a mother and walk through life holding these little hands, it is also so important to unpack the joys and challenges that come along the way, with other mothers. While we may not all be in the exact same boat, may there always be a hot tea and a listening ear waiting from a trusted friend on those days that just need a softer landing. In this episode we discuss – the sweetest and the most challenging moments as a parent, the things we swore we would never do before kids and (oops! Now we do!) We chat about the most eye-rolling, annoying comments you get from people when you are pregnant and as a new Mom and what to do about it.
