#12 Lessons from Elvis

from Intentional Disruption

The biggest thing you can do in life is to save the life of another according to mythology. This isn't true because you need to be able to help yourself before you help others.  Today I discuss the psychological path that leads one to commit to taking over responsibility for another's life. I have learned in the following years that if you do not have yourself in order you cannot help anyone else.    Mr. Elvis helped bring that into stark contrast and I love him to pieces for teaching me this lesson. Those lessons can be passed on to you. It turns out the master guides the pupil in many ways!   This episode is late for national dog day but Mr. Elvis would not want it any other way.    If you find value in this podcast please leave a written review. It makes the world of difference in being able to reach others.
