12 LESSONS LEARNED IN 2021 APRIL: about MOUTH TAPING  Today, it's about a special sleep habit: to tape your mouth so that you breath through your nose during sleep.  A little outtake: "You might ask, why do people do this, well, some may try mouth taping because they believe that forcing themselves to breathe through the nose can avoid negative effects associated with mouth breathing. Meaning it could dry out your gums and the tissue and this can change the natural bacteria in your mouth leading to gum disease or tooth decay, to give you an example. To breath through the nose has so many advantages: it helps filter out dust and allergens, boost your oxygen uptake, humidify the air you breath in, it increases air flow to arteries, veins and nerves, it improves the lung volume and if you believe it or not, but it supports the correct formation of teeth and mouth. Some claim mouth taping eases various problems, such as fatigue, concentration issues, bad breath, dry mouth and excessive thirst at night. If you snore, it can, but does not have to, effectively treat you because when you tape the mouth, it stays closed, and it changes the angle of the palate and the tongue. All this has not been scientifically studied. But the mentioned advantages of nose breathing arouse interest. And the mouth taping is one of the tools. I would suggest this if you are interested in testing this: tape your mouth during the day to get a feeling."In this episode I tell you WHY I started doing this - it's only 10 minutes long. Have fun!My dear reader and listeners, please subscribe to the Newsletter and in the future, you will get all the audio versions also in written form.  Take care and have a good day.Yours, AnnA  The Member's Club CHECK IT OUT How about some hashtags for once: #sleep #sleephealth #sleephacking #longevity #recovery #dreams #mouthtaping #autoimmunewarrior #breath #breathwork #justkeepbreathing  #life #strong #happy #healthy #peace #harmony  #mindset #powerofthemind  #mindshift #selfgrowthjourney #liveyourpurpose #mindsetiskey #positiveminds #motivationeveryday #gratitudeattitude #trustyourjourney #pursueyourpassion #purposedrivenlife #abundancemindset #personaldevelopment
